    Pulse the oats and almonds in a food processor until rubbly but not powdery.

    Add the almond butter, honey, matcha and chia and pulse until the mixture clumps when pressed.

    About 10 min

    Roll into 12 walnut-sized balls and chill for 30 minutes to firm up. Keeps a week in the fridge.
