Ingredients

For 1 serving
  • Whole grain oats50 g
  • Сир кисломодочний 5%80 g
  • Greek Yogurt, 3% Fat80 g
  • Egg1 piece
  • Banana80 g
  • Cocoa7 g
  • Волоські горіхи5 g
  • Baking powder1 g
  • Sugar Substitute(optional)
  • Salt(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Mash 40 g of the banana with a fork, and slice the remaining 40 g into rounds.

  2. 2

Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, egg, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sweetener to the mashed banana, and mix well.

  3. 3

Stir in the rolled oats and let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes so they can absorb some of the moisture.

  4. 4

Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish.

  5. 5

Top with the banana slices and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

  6. 6

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

  7. 7

Let the baked oatmeal sit for 5 minutes after removing it from the oven — this will help it hold its shape better.

Chef's tip: For extra flavour, marinate the protein in lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
