  • Сheese Cottage 5%100 g
  • Egg1 piece
  • Greek Yogurt, 3% Fat100 g
  • Berries120 g
  • Sweetener(optional)
  • Vanilla(optional)
  • Lemon peel, raw(optional)
  • Salt(optional)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    Place the curd cheese (cottage cheese), egg, Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt into a blender bowl.

    Blend until a smooth, creamy consistency is reached.

    Add the rolled oats and stir with a spoon.

    Gently fold half of the berries into the mixture.

    Transfer the mixture into a 14–16 cm (5.5–6 inch) baking dish or a small ceramic ramekin.

    Top with the remaining berries, pressing them slightly into the mixture.

    Bake for 30–35 minutes at 180°C until the edges turn golden brown.

    After baking, leave it in the dish for 10 minutes, then let it cool for another 10–15 minutes to allow the texture to stabilize.
