Ingredients

For 4 servings
  • Banana2 piece
  • Cornstarch45 g
  • Sugar Substitute(optional)
  • Cocoa25 g
  • Egg1 piece
  • Baking powder1 tsp
  • Сир кисломодочний 5%400 g
  • Cornstarch30 g
  • Sugar Substitute(optional)
  • Almond milk50 ml
  • Egg2 piece

Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare the chocolate base: add the bananas, egg, and sweetener to a blender bowl. Blend until smooth.

  2. 2

Add the cocoa powder, cornstarch, and baking powder. Blend the mixture again until you get a smooth chocolate batter.

  3. 3

Pour into a 18–20 cm (7–8 inch) baking dish lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

Prepare the cottage cheese layer: place the cottage cheese, eggs, sweetener, almond milk, and cornstarch into the blender bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy with no lumps.

  5. 5

Assemble the dessert: pour the cottage cheese mixture over the chocolate base. If desired, create a marbled pattern by gently swirling the layers with a skewer.

  6. 6

Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 45–55 minutes. The edges should be set, while the center remains slightly jiggly.

  7. 7

After baking, leave the dessert in the turned-off oven with the door slightly ajar for 10–15 minutes.

  8. 8

Cool the dessert completely, then place it in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours. Once chilled, the texture will become denser, softer, and more like a classic cheesecake.
