Ingredients

For 1 serving
  • Сheese Cottage 5%80 g
  • Лаваш20 g
  • Cocoa10 g
  • Волоські горіхи10 g
  • Greek Yogurt, 3% Fat10 g
  • Sugar Substitute(optional)
  • Vanillinated sugar(optional)
  • Salt(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare the crispy crumbs. Cut the lavash into small pieces and dry them in a dry skillet or in the oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown. Let cool, then crush by hand into fine crumbs, leaving a few larger pieces for a pleasant crunch.

  2. 2

Make the chocolate base. In a blender bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, half of the nuts (5 g), Greek yogurt, sweetener, a pinch of salt, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

Add texture. Finely chop the remaining nuts with a knife and gently fold them, along with the lavash crumbs, into the cottage cheese mixture using a spoon.

  4. 4

Chill. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

  5. 5

Form the truffles. With wet hands, roll the mixture into 5–6 equal balls and coat them in cocoa powder or a mixture of cocoa and finely chopped nuts.

  6. 6

Serve. Chill for another 10 minutes before serving. Best enjoyed well-chilled.
